The Ford Series consists out of maps made by McTsts & EnderPig (and often also with other team members). The Ford maps are adventure maps based on puzzle & exploration elements. All ford maps so far featured a time system (although not all had a time limit). One of the key elements of the ford series is that time system, but also the characters. The characters are funny looking people made from a block, a skull, levers & a button. To win the map you need to help/trade (with) them. While the stories from the ford maps aren't directly connected, they still take place in the same universe!
